Overview
Hawkstone - Field Sales Manager
Location: South West of the United Kingdom.
Contract type: Full time, permanent contract
Salary: up to £45k per annum, including a performance-related bonus and a company vehicle or car allowance.

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for transforming the beer industry? Hawkstone Brewery, the 24th fastest-growing company in the UK and the fastest-growing beer brand according to the Sunday Times Top 100, is on the hunt for an exceptional Regional Manager to spearhead our On Trade sales team!
About the Role:
As our new Regional Manager, you will play a key role in Hawkstone's continued growth across one of the UK's most exciting and diverse regions. Leading a team of up to 8 Business Development Managers (BDMs), you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing capability, and creating a positive, high-performing culture within the On Trade sector.
This is a people-focused leadership role where you'll support, coach, and develop your team to achieve their full potential. Working closely with your BDMs, you'll provide regular guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to help them deliver exceptional results while growing the Hawkstone brand within the Independent Free Trade (IFT) channel.

Your Mission:

Lead & Develop Your Team
- Provide effective leadership and ongoing support to a team of BDMs through regular field coaching, one-to-one meetings, and development planning.
- Help individuals build their skills, knowledge, and confidence while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Drive Performance & Growth
- Support your team in delivering sales targets, increasing distribution, and expanding Hawkstone's presence across the Independent Free Trade sector.
- Use commercial insights and market knowledge to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth within your region.

Create a Positive Team Culture
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- Recognize success, support development, and ensure team members have the tools and guidance needed to perform at their best.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading, managing, and developing field-based sales teams within the On Trade, drinks, FMCG, hospitality, or similar sectors.
- Strong coaching and people management skills, with experience supporting individual and team development.
- A track record of setting objectives, providing constructive feedback, and improving performance through effective leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance people development with delivering business objectives.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive team environment.
