Regional Marketing Director - EMEA

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Marketing Director to lead our EMEA marketing organization. As a senior leader within the Revenue Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the regional go-to-market direction and own the regional pipeline strategy across Europe and the Middle East. This highly visible leadership position combines market leadership with business impact ownership, partnering closely with Direct & Partner Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, and Corporate Communications to engage and influence executive buyers, and build a high-performing regional marketing organization that delivers measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the Europe and Middle East Regional Marketing Strategy and plan to support market awareness and pipeline creation.
  • Integrated Marketing Planning & Reporting: Leveraging ABM and Demand Generation motions, design regional integrated campaigns, plays, events, and programs to engage key audiences and buyer groups in Fortune 2000 Enterprise accounts.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Own the overall regional pipeline targets, partnering with sales leadership to ensure joint achievement each Quarter. Be comfortable presenting your regional impact at all levels.
  • GTM Readiness: Ensure EMEA GTM team are enabled prior to launching all regional campaigns, events, and programs.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the regional voice on global initiatives, campaigns, and programs while adapting to regional market needs.
  • Market Insights: Provide EMEA expertise on key market themes, customer insights, and competitive trends.
  • Investment Management: Assign and oversee budget spend based on regional pipeline targets and coverage to achieve EMEA revenue goals.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of EMEA B2B enterprise regional marketing experience, including account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation, ideally within enterprise AI software or technology companies, with 5+ years of in-region marketing leadership.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple EMEA geographies, with a deep understanding of country-specific buying behaviors, market dynamics, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Proven success driving new business growth and customer lifecycle marketing for Fortune 2000 enterprise accounts, with the ability to engage and influence CxO and executive-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise developing and executing marketing strategies that support both Direct Sales and Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partner go-to-market motions.
  • Strong AI-first marketing mindset, with experience leveraging AI to enhance marketing strategy, campaign planning, content creation, personalization, operational efficiency, and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional ability to develop regional go-to-market messaging, executive presentations, and campaign content that support regional campaigns, field events, and strategic programs.
  • Proven ability to translate global strategies into localized marketing initiatives that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and business growth across diverse EMEA markets.
  • Track record of building and scaling field marketing programs from the ground up while developing strong, trusted partnerships with regional sales leadership.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing, geographically distributed marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles, demand generation, lead management, pipeline development, and sales funnel dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a data-driven approach to budgeting, marketing attribution, performance measurement, and program optimization.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present business impact to senior leadership.
