We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Executive to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis, to fill a maternity cover vacancy.
What You Need To Know:
- Salary: £24,784.50 - £27,000
- Contract: 12 month maternity cover
- Location: The role will be based in Cornwall, with hybrid working available from our Cornish Cottage Holidays office in Redruth, or alternatively either of our offices in Rock or Carbis Bay. Whilst this position is based in Cornwall, travel is required to our Regional Brands in Devon and beyond as and when required.
About The Regional Marketing Executive Role:
Our newest Regional Marketing Executive will work across our five successful brands in the South West: Coast & Country Cottages, Helpful Holidays, Cornish Cottage Holidays, John Bray Cornish Holidays and Carbis Bay Holidays.
You will work closely with the regional marketing team, operational brand team, and wider head office marketing team to deliver relevant, on-brand marketing campaigns, with a focus on generating lead enquiries from new holiday home owners.
Joining our Regional Marketing team in the South West, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a varied range of projects across all our brands, and the chance to influence and shape our future local marketing activity. This diverse role presents an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in working across a wide range of marketing channels, within one of the UK’s leading holiday cottage groups.

What You’ll Do:
- Implement day-to-day online and offline marketing activity and campaigns, in line with business objectives and targets.
- Deliver engaging campaigns through content marketing, paid media and META, copywriting, print, social media and direct marketing.
- Organise, set up, and attend a number of events and trade shows each year, representing our family of brands.
- Work as part of the regional marketing team to generate new ideas for driving owner leads for each brand to grow our portfolio.
- Develop relationships with and work alongside internal or external creative teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, and contractors to effectively promote our sister brands through bespoke marketing campaigns.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with third parties (owners, land agents, estate agents and developers).
- Monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a proactive Regional Marketing Executive to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across the South West, helping drive property owner leads and brand growth. The role involves executing day-to-day marketing activity, coordinating campaigns across digital and offline channels, and working closely with our property recruitment team, regional brands and agencies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, commercially minded marketer looking to develop their career within Forge Holiday Group, contributing to campaign performance, events, and regional marketing initiatives.

Essential Experience
- Experience of working as part of a marketing team.
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
- Able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships
- IT literate and able to learn new skills
- Ability to understand and Market the Unique Selling Point of individual Brands.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Full Driving Licence and use of a car.
Desirable Experience
- Good location knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.
