Regional Marketing Executive – Skin Health (EMEA)

Location: Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

A leading international consumer healthcare and personal care organisation is seeking a Regional Marketing Executive to support the deployment of marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional with experience in brand marketing, innovation, or commercial marketing who is passionate about skincare and international brand growth.

Working across multiple markets, you'll collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver innovation projects, support portfolio management, analyse market performance, and help execute brand strategies across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Portfolio Management

  • Support the rollout of new product launches and portfolio expansion across EMEA markets.
  • Coordinate the deployment of globally developed innovation programmes across regional markets.
  • Gather market feedback and contribute to business case development for new product initiatives.
  • Represent the marketing function in regional innovation project meetings.
  • Manage regional master text and artwork coordination, ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines.
  • Oversee product discontinuation activities across the region.

Regional Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Support the implementation of globally aligned marketing strategies and regional priorities for the skincare portfolio.
  • Prepare materials for regional brand, innovation, and deployment meetings.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and analyse sales, market trends, and commercial performance.
  • Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns, content, playbooks, and promotional assets across regional markets.
  • Coordinate regional marketing assets, usage rights, and key visual materials.
  • Facilitate the sharing of marketing best practices across multiple countries and teams.

Commercial & Operational Support

  • Produce monthly market performance reports, including sales and consumer performance analysis.
  • Act as a key contact for regional marketing projects and market requests.
  • Support marketing budget tracking and cost management.
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing initiatives across regional and local teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline (Master's degree advantageous).
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience, ideally supporting brand marketing, innovation, or commercial marketing activities.
  • Passion for the skincare or consumer beauty industry.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales or market performance data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within the beauty, skincare, consumer healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
  • Exposure to working across multiple international markets or regions.
  • Experience supporting product launches, innovation programmes, or portfolio management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
