Regional Marketing Executive

Are you a marketing professional with a passion for skincare, product innovation, and brand growth? This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Global Brand Teams and regional stakeholders to drive innovation launches, portfolio management, marketing excellence, and business growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation & Portfolio Management
- Lead product portfolio expansion projects across EMEA markets.
- Support the rollout of globally aligned innovation initiatives.
- Coordinate innovation launches across markets and clusters.
- Consolidate market feedback and support global stage-gate approval processes.
- Represent Marketing in regional innovation project meetings.
- Coordinate inputs from markets and clusters for innovation projects.
- Manage Regional Master Text documentation.
- Coordinate artwork development and approvals while ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines.
- Lead portfolio discontinuation activities across the region.
Business Performance & Strategic Support
- Support execution of global and regional Skin Health strategies.
- Contribute to regional segment initiatives with a focus on AVEENO.
- Prepare materials for:
- Brand Growth Forums
- Regional Innovation Governance Meetings
- Regional Deployment Meetings
- Conduct monthly market performance analysis, including:
- Net Trade Sales
- Sell-Out Performance
- Market Trends
- Track post-launch performance of key innovation projects.
- Analyze performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and business outcomes.

Brand Excellence & Market Activation
- Support rollout of global communications, content, and marketing playbooks across EMEA markets.
- Adapt materials for regional requirements while maintaining global consistency.
- Assist with regional congresses and events through:
- Asset Coordination
- Key Visual Management
- Market Communications
- Facilitate sharing of marketing best practices across the region.
- Coordinate content and asset usage rights across EMEA markets.
Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Support
- Support ad-hoc requests from regional and cluster marketing teams.
- Act as a primary contact for market requests related to key projects and promotional materials.
- Assist in marketing budget tracking and management.
- Support contingency planning and budget compliance activities.
- Collaborate with commercial, regional, and global teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Marketing
- Business
- Communications
- Related Field
- Master's Degree is a plus.
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in marketing.
- Experience supporting:
- Marketing Operations
- Product Launches
- Innovation Delivery
- Business Growth Initiatives
- Experience working in consumer goods, healthcare, skincare, beauty, or related industries preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for skincare and Skin Health brands.
- Experience within:
- Beauty Industry
- Consumer Healthcare
- FMCG
- Exposure to multi-market or regional marketing environments.
- Experience working with global and regional brand teams.
