Citrus Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with a global software company based in Birmingham, to recruit for an experienced Swedish speaking Marketeer.

This Regional Marketing role is a hands-on, campaign delivery-based role where you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy across the UK and Sweden.

You must be comfortable with all aspects of marketing across both languages, including content writing, social media, PR, website management and supporting the sales teams.

This is a hybrid role where you must be happy to travel to Birmingham either every week, or every other week. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities & day to day duties

As a Regional Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver agreed marketing campaigns across the UK and Sweden
  • Run webinars, events and local market activities
  • Localise and adapt content and assets for the Swedish market
  • Support sales teams with campaign follow-up, lead progression and named-account activity
  • Execute customer marketing programmes to drive retention, upsell and cross-sell
  • Coordinate local PR activity in line with regional priorities
  • Work closely with central marketing teams on planning, assets and delivery
  • Translate central marketing plans into strong, effective execution in the local market

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
