Regional Marketing Manager, APAC & Middle East
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Head of Regional Marketing
Travel: Up to 30%
Overview
Camlin Energy is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. This role will be responsible for developing regional growth programmes that increase market presence, generate pipeline, support strategic accounts and strengthen customer engagement across a diverse range of geographies and cultures. The successful candidate will act as the key marketing partner to regional commercial teams, ensuring marketing investment is focused on the opportunities that deliver the greatest business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Growth Marketing
- Create and execute marketing plans aligned to APAC and Middle East growth objectives.
- Identify priority countries, customer segments and market opportunities.
- Deliver local marketing programmes while maintaining alignment with global brand and marketing strategy.
- Develop regional-specific messaging frameworks to drive a high-quality output of marketing materials and thought-leadership content.
Strategic Account Marketing
- Support growth of high-value utility, transmission and infrastructure customers.
- Develop account-focused campaigns that strengthen relationships and accelerate opportunities.
- Work alongside regional sales teams to create customer-specific engagement plans.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns focused on qualified lead generation and opportunity progression.
- Work with digital, content and campaign specialists to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Analyse results and optimise performance against pipeline targets.
Industry Events & Market Presence
- Lead regional participation in major industry conferences and exhibitions.
- Develop executive engagement opportunities and customer roundtables.
- Position Camlin Energy as trusted partners within target sectors.
Market Intelligence
- Track market developments, regulatory trends and competitive activity.
- Provide recommendations on regional opportunities and emerging customer needs.
- Support go-to-market planning for new solutions and market expansion initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product management, engineering and global marketing teams.
- Work with Siemens Energy marketing teams to maximise reach and customer engagement opportunities.
- Ensure regional activity supports business-wide commercial priorities.
Requirements
Essential
- 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong content writing skills, with the ability to turn technical product information into creative copy for a range of different formats.
- Experience managing marketing programmes across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing and customer engagement.
- Proven ability to work effectively with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience delivering regional events and integrated marketing campaigns.

Desirable
- Experience within energy, power systems, utilities, infrastructure or industrial technology sectors.
- Experience within energy, utilities, electrical infrastructure, industrial technology or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of APAC and Middle East energy markets.
- Experience working across diverse cultures and international teams.
- Additional regional language capabilities.
