Regional Marketing Manager - Grid Software
Location: United Kingdom
Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role while maintaining meaningful face-to-face engagement through occasional travel across Europe. You'll represent Siemens Grid Software at key industry events and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in person when required.

You'll make a difference by:
Leading the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives across Europe for Siemens Grid Software, driving market growth and customer retention in one of our most critical regions. As Regional Marketing Manager for Europe, you will act as the strategic marketing lead across Northern, Central and Southern Europe, developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that support revenue growth, customer retention and long-term market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for European markets, aligning with global objectives while addressing regional market dynamics and customer needs
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize complex multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and event-based platforms to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead sophisticated ABM initiatives, implementing standards for one-to-few campaigns targeting key power utility customers
- Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with local sales leaders and European sales leadership to ensure marketing activities support revenue objectives and customer retention goals
- Market Intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of the European power utilities market, including key publications, industry events, and growth drivers that influence purchasing decisions
- Performance Management: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, return on investment, and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimise strategies and tactics
- Paid Media Strategy: Oversee paid media campaigns and budget allocation across European markets, ensuring optimal reach and engagement with target audiences
- Event Strategy: Identify and manage participation in key European power utilities events and publications to drive growth and enhance thought leadership.

What skills and experience will you bring to the role
- Significant experience within complex B2B marketing environments, ideally supporting enterprise software, SaaS, technology, industrial or utilities-focused solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder buying processes.
- Experience developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering with sales teams and coordinating activities across multiple countries, business units and functions.
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation and paid media strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure marketing performance, interpret data and optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Fluency in English.

Desirable Qualities
- Additional European language skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with European sales teams and understanding regional sales processes.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Understanding of the European power utilities market, energy transition, grid modernisation or related industries.
- Understanding of the European regulatory environment affecting power utilities.
