Senior Regional Marketing Manager – EMEA (United Kingdom, Remote)

A well-funded, high-growth technology company in the cybersecurity space protecting critical infrastructure and industrial organizations for enterprise and government customers worldwide is hiring a Senior Regional Marketing Manager for EMEA.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing, channel-driven business at an exciting stage of its regional expansion.

The Role

You'll own the go-to-market strategy for your assigned EMEA territories, with a strong focus on field and channel marketing, partner collaboration, campaign activation, events, and demand generation. Working closely with the broader marketing organization, plus regional sales and partner teams, you'll build regional marketing plans, raise local brand awareness, and execute demand generation programs that fuel pipeline and revenue growth. Channel marketing experience and campaign orchestration are essential as this role is built to scale through the partner ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Own the go-to-market plan for your assigned territories, drawing on input from key internal stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and channel teams to accelerate pipeline against revenue goals
  • Deploy integrated demand generation campaigns and lead-gen programs with sales and partners
  • Act as the regional voice of Sales within the broader marketing organization
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional partners, conference organizers, and industry associations
  • Use social media to raise awareness of the brand and event presence
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity across your region(s)
  • Own regional budget management, cost estimation, and execution
  • Track and report on campaign results, and act as an escalation point for the wider sales development team
  • Partner with corporate communications and digital marketing to optimize field campaign performance

What You Bring

  • Several years of B2B technology marketing experience, ideally within cybersecurity or a related tech sector
  • Hands-on, working knowledge of a major CRM platform such as Salesforce (required)
  • Familiarity with a typical hi-tech MarTech stack intent-data and webinar platforms is a plus
  • A proven track record building and executing demand and pipeline strategies, directly and through partners
  • Hands-on experience planning successful live/virtual events and large trade shows or conferences
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • A track record supporting technology field sales organizations
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, comfortable in a fast-paced, channel-driven environment
  • Flexibility to travel regularly, mostly within EMEA (domestic and international)
