About The Role
As Regional Marketing Manager for Italy, Iberia and Eastern Europe at Enfuce, you'll play a key role in turning regional marketing into a growth engine that builds pipeline, strengthens our brand and supports our commercial ambitions across priority European markets.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution. You'll shape regional marketing plans while rolling up your sleeves to deliver campaigns, events, account-based marketing programmes and activations that create measurable commercial impact.
You'll work closely with regional Sales teams to understand priority accounts and market opportunities, adapting Enfuce's global campaigns and messaging to resonate with local audiences.
This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with colleagues across Growth Marketing, Brand & Communications, Solutions Marketing, Partnerships and Commercial to connect regional activity with Enfuce's wider go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans across Italy, Iberia and Eastern Europe that build pipeline, strengthen brand awareness and support commercial objectives.
- Adapt global campaigns, messaging and marketing initiatives for regional audiences and customer needs.
- Partner closely with regional Sales teams to identify target accounts and align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing programmes for priority enterprise accounts, creating tailored campaigns that support engagement throughout the buying journey.
- Plan and deliver regional events including industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer events and partner activities.
- Execute demand generation campaigns that create qualified opportunities and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Brand & Communications and Solutions Marketing to execute global initiatives effectively at a regional level.
- Work with Enfuce's Partnerships team and local partners on joint marketing initiatives that extend our reach.
- Define success measures across campaigns, events and ABM programmes, using performance data to optimise activity and demonstrate commercial impact.
- Share regional insights and recommendations that help improve future marketing and go-to-market strategies.

What You'll Bring
- Five or more years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech or payments.
- Strong, demonstrable experience developing and executing account-based marketing programmes for enterprise customers.
- Proven experience delivering regional marketing programmes that contribute to demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong experience organising and delivering high-quality events that create meaningful customer engagement and commercial impact.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience partnering closely with Sales teams around target accounts and pipeline objectives.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to calmly manage multiple campaigns, events and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to optimise campaigns and demonstrate results.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent English communication skills. Italian, Spanish or other relevant regional language skills are highly desirable.
