Job description
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted field and demand generation marketing strategies for the UKI, Nordics and Benelux regions, driving lead generation, awareness and market engagement while coordinating localised campaigns. This role is part of the EMEA & APAC Regional Marketing department.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and implement tailored demand generation and field marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand presence within assigned regions, aligning with overall company and regional goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage regional events such as trade shows, webinars, and in-person activations, aligning them with local customer needs and sales opportunities.
- Create, coordinate, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, partner marketing, email, PR and social media, ensuring they are well-aligned with the region's unique needs and target audience preferences.
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, partner and customer success teams to ensure campaigns are effectively supporting business objectives and delivering qualified leads.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future efforts based on lead quality, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Provide guidance and oversight to a Working Student or Intern, delegating tasks effectively, mentoring their development, and ensuring their work supports regional marketing goals.

What we look for
- Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing and demand generation within B2B tech environments.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing virtual and in-person events, including trade shows and webinars, with a focus on creating engaging customer experiences.
- Prior experience in enterprise software, SaaS or AI is highly desirable.
- Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate market insights into business actions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation software, CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media channels) to execute and measure campaigns effectively.
