North Europe Regional Marketing Manager
Workable is a software company building an all-in-one recruiting and HR platform that helps businesses hire, manage, and grow their teams. As part of the computer software space, we work at the intersection of technology, hiring, and people operations, supporting organizations as they build stronger teams and scale with confidence.
Workable's global marketing team runs strategy, content, paid media and product marketing centrally. The Regional Marketers carry the local mandate: they make Workable visible, credible and present in their market. As North Europe’s Regional Marketing Manager, you'll be the owner of that mandate and strategy for the region, running your own budget, calendar and relationships, while working closely with the central teams who will look to you for regional insight and execution support. This is a critical GTM role reporting to the UK Country Manager: requiring hands-on delivery alongside strategic input into how global campaigns and programmes land and deliver across the market.
What you'll own end-to-end
- Regional Pipeline: Own the regional qualified pipeline target, managing execution across all campaigns and levers to deliver monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
- Regional GTM Marketing: Translate regional GTM goals and priorities into local events and take ownership of regional campaigns and as a result attract customers and achieve revenue goals.
- Field & Events: Own the UK events strategy across Workable owned (user groups, roundtables, webinars) and third party events, including the negotiation of sponsorship packages with suppliers, organising each aspect of the delivery, representing Workable as a spokesperson and working closely with the Global SDR Director on post-event follow-up campaigns and reporting.
- Sales Partnership: Create and localise messaging and customer-facing content for Workable’s ICPs, partner with regional sales teams on targeted events and regional campaigns to build a robust pipeline of new logo and expansion opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy Programs: Establish annual content calendar, source and secure customer participation in written and video testimonials. Also own review platform initiatives, such as TrustPilot.
- Building a Community: Identify, build and help to activate the right partnerships with associations/communities and technology partners and initiate opportunities to run co-events, and create demand using digital and in-person channels.
- Media & PR relations: Identify and pursue local media/PR opportunities across Northern Europe, particularly in the UK
- Localisation of website and content: Own opportunities to localise content available on Workable’s website for Northern European markets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
