🚀 Drive Regional Growth Across Wales & the North
At Forge Holiday Group, we create unforgettable holiday experiences through award-winning brands like Sykes Holiday Cottages and Forest Holidays.
We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (Wales & North) to lead ROI-driven marketing that grows our portfolio of holiday homes across Wales, the Lake District, Yorkshire and Northumbria.
📍 Locations: Bangor (North Wales), Windermere or Chester (Hybrid)
⏰ Working Days & Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am until 5:30pm
💰 Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
📆 Contract: 12-month Fixed Term

✅ We're looking for someone with:
- Proven marketing and team management experience
- A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and using data to optimise performance
- A full UK driving licence

- Have conflict resolution training or experience.
- Bring local market knowledge of Wales, the Lake District, Northumbria, or Yorkshire.
