The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart

As Regional Marketing Manager (UK/IE) – Maternity Cover, you will drive demand, brand growth, and commercial performance across the UK and Ireland through highly targeted, insight-led marketing initiatives.

Working closely with Global Brand, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, and Retail teams, you will translate global strategies into locally relevant activations that maximize media efficiency, consumer engagement, and business results.

Reporting to Head of UK/IE (solid line) and Global & EMEA Brand Director (dotted line)

Main Responsibilities

Regional Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Execute regional marketing plans aligned with global brand and media strategies.
  • Drive demand across owned channels, Ecommerce platforms, and retail partners.
  • Manage and optimize marketing investments to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Use consumer insights and campaign data to continuously improve results.

Retail & Ecommerce Activation

  • Partner with retail and account teams to deliver impactful omnichannel activations.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Improve product visibility, content quality, brand presentation, and conversion across Ecommerce and retail platforms.

Partnerships & Brand Execution

  • Lead influencer, partnership, seeding, and event initiatives.
  • Support the rollout of POS materials, branded fixtures, and in-store experiences.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution and consumer-centric messaging across all touchpoints.

Insights & Collaboration

  • Monitor campaign performance and share actionable market insights.
  • Work closely with global brand, media, creative, Ecommerce, and sales teams.
  • Provide local market feedback to support future product, brand, and activation strategies.

The Ideal Profile

  • Commercial & Performance-Driven: You understand how marketing investment translates into demand, growth, and business results.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: You enjoy developing plans but are equally comfortable executing campaigns and managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative & Consumer-Focused: You build strong relationships across teams and partners while keeping the consumer at the center of every decision.

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within premium consumer goods, lifestyle, or international brands.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, performance media, and demand generation.
  • Experience driving Ecommerce, retail, and omnichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate consumer insights into targeted marketing activations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and retail partners.
  • Commercially minded, data-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understanding of the UK/IE retail and Ecommerce landscape is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
