As a Regional Marketing Program Manager, you will lead B2B event marketing initiatives across Western Europe, creating experiences that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified pipeline. You will manage a diverse regional event calendar spanning customer events, partner-led workshops, roadshows, trade shows, and webinars. You will work closely with regional sales teams, strategic partners, prospective customers, and internal marketing stakeholders. Your ability to adapt global messaging to local B2B audiences will be key to driving engagement and registrations. - Manage communications with prospective customers, attendees, and VIP guests before, during, and after events to deliver a high-quality brand experience.
- Partner closely with regional sales teams to ensure attendees are accurately tracked, scored, qualified, and handed over for appropriate follow-up.
- Write compelling promotional content for event landing pages, social media, webinar descriptions, invitations, and other campaign assets.
- Localize and adapt broader marketing messaging for B2B audiences across Western Europe, particularly within the mapping, geospatial technology, and location intelligence ecosystem.
- Lead regional email marketing campaigns, including registration campaigns, reminders, event communications, and post-event nurture sequences.
- Coordinate the creation, testing, and deployment of emails through the marketing automation function, using performance data to improve engagement and conversion.
- Monitor campaign and event performance, analyze relevant marketing metrics, and use insights to continuously improve regional programs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
