Regional Marketing Senior Executive

We are recruiting for a Regional Marketing Senior Executive to join our Marketing and Business Development team. This role is being offered on a full-time basis.

The Regional Marketing Senior Executive drives the delivery of TLT's location marketing and business development priorities across Scotland and Northern Ireland. Working closely with Location Heads, Partners, fee earners and specialists across Marketing & Business Development, the role translates agreed plans into coordinated, location-specific activity that strengthens TLT's profile, supports client development and delivers measurable progress against regional objectives.

The role acts as the primary day-to-day M&BD contact for the identified locations, maintaining momentum, accountability and visibility across activity, budgets, risks and outcomes.

This role will be based out of one of the following TLT offices: Belfast, Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Your Role

As a Regional Marketing Senior Executive, you will:

  • Drive the delivery of agreed location activation plans for Scotland and Northern Ireland, translating regional priorities into coordinated activity with clear ownership, milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day marketing and business development contact for Location Heads, Partners and fee earners, building trusted relationships, clarifying requirements and coordinating the right support across M&BD.
  • Deliver integrated profile-raising activity, including campaigns, thought leadership, digital and media activity, events, awards, sponsorships, memberships and strategic partnerships, ensuring each initiative is tailored to the relevant market and objective.
  • Advance location-specific client development by coordinating target account activity, referral and intermediary programmes, relationship-building opportunities and pursuit support, using CRM insight and market intelligence to focus effort on priority audiences and opportunities.
  • Maintain effective oversight of location plans, budgets, reporting, risks and dependencies, resolving issues within the role's authority and escalating material concerns with clear context and practical recommendations.
  • Connect regional activity with firmwide, sector and campaign priorities, facilitating collaboration across locations and M&BD teams and sharing market intelligence, opportunities, success stories and effective practice.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of activity and identify improvements to planning, delivery, data quality and reporting so that investment is targeted, progress is visible and future decisions are informed by evidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
