BRP Systems provides software for the fitness and leisure industry, with a base in Sweden and operations across the UK and Europe. You'll work alongside engaged, knowledgeable colleagues on products that contribute to people's health and well-being, as part of a growing international company with customers and colleagues across several countries - with room to grow your marketing and project management skills. Join us on an exciting growth journey with a market leader in fitness management solutions.

About the role

We're now looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence in the UK. You will own local marketing execution across events, PR, industry organizations, and initiatives like webinars, podcasts, and sponsorships. You'll be part of the global marketing team, but also working closely with the UK-based sales team.

You'll bring a creative, market-first approach - figuring out what actually resonates with UK audiences rather than applying a one-size-fits-all playbook. You will coordinate campaign activity across email, digital, and content channels, as well as working with the wider marketing team on content creation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
