Regional Marketing Specialist, Bluebeam UKI - Fixed Term Contract

Location: UK, London, office or hybrid based

Summary

As a Regional Marketing Specialist (Fixed-Term Parental Leave Cover), you’ll join our global field marketing team to support Bluebeam’s growth across the UK and Ireland. You’ll execute regional marketing initiatives, manage local campaigns, and collaborate with our EMEA marketing and sales teams to drive demand and strengthen Bluebeam’s market presence.

This is a hands-on role suited to a marketer who enjoys ownership, creativity, and collaboration, and who can step confidently into an established rhythm of activity while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

This is a fixed-term role covering parental leave, with an anticipated contract length of up to 8 months. There may be potential for extension depending on business needs.


More about what you'll do:

  • Works closely with direct sales to grow business and ensure alignment of marketing goals to business objectives.
  • Executes regional demand generation campaigns including digital campaigns, gated content, and third-party media advertising campaigns.
  • Plans, organizes, and executes all marketing events in the local region, measuring success post-event. This includes trade shows, roadshows, lectures, partner conferences, and webinars.
  • Demonstrates success in building and executing integrated campaigns, leveraging multiple channels to reach a target segment.
  • Analyzes event, webinar, and campaign performance data and makes recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Consistently maintains and nurtures an ever-increasing knowledge base of the AEC industry to establish, maintain, and engage with customers in their roles, workflows, and use of technology.

Here’s what we’d like to see in you:

  • Minimum 3+ years prior marketing experience (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Bachelor's Degree (or similar) in business, marketing, communication, or other related subject.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively take a project from idea through execution, including managing timeline, resources, expectations, deliverables, budgets, and reporting.
  • Ability to align the execution of tasks with overarching business goals.
  • Takes initiative, embraces new opportunities, and assumes responsibilities for projects.
  • Excellent project and program management skills. Very good attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented, focused, and can work independently.
  • Proficiency in common Office and cloud-based applications.
  • Experience marketing SaaS and cloud offerings.
  • Experience with MarTech, CRM, and reporting tools preferred including Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, PBI, and Asana.
