Company Overview
Holafly is a high-growth scale-up revolutionising how businesses and travellers connect to the internet abroad. Since 2018, we’ve empowered travellers in over 200 destinations worldwide with secure and reliable eSIM solutions. With a team of 800+ professionals across multiple countries, we are scaling globally to support travellers with seamless, unlimited data connectivity.
We’re not just connecting people—we’re enabling freedom and peace of mind, ensuring our users stay connected from the second they land, wherever their journey takes them.
The Role
As our Regional Manager of Network Operations for Europe, you will be the guardian of our service continuity across the region, orchestrating the end-to-end restoration of critical telecommunications and technology incidents. Your expertise ensures that our regional network remains resilient, specifically focusing on European, Middle Eastern, and African carriers to directly impact the "peace of mind" we promise to our travellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end incident lifecycle for Holafly’s global connectivity services, from detection and impact assessment through technical investigation, service restoration, customer recovery validation and closure.
- Act as Incident Commander for major network incidents, coordinating L1/L2 teams, MNOs, IMSI providers, IPX/GRX partners and core-network vendors while maintaining clear technical ownership until resolution.
- Lead and develop a team of 5–10 Network Operations engineers, providing technical mentoring, escalation guidance, performance management and ensuring strong operational readiness across the team.
- Maintain deep technical ownership of live roaming and core-network services, including Diameter/DRA/HSS, GTP-C/GTP-U, PGW/PCRF, APN/DNS, IPX/GRX, routing, Local Breakout and 4G/5G connectivity, with the ability to independently analyse traces, logs and network behaviour.
- Drive RCA, Problem Management and permanent corrective actions for major and recurring incidents, ensuring root causes are identified, vendor responses are challenged where required, and preventive improvements are completed.
- Own network performance, monitoring and operational improvement, using KPIs such as first-attach success, session-establishment success, latency, packet loss, throughput, availability and MTTR, while ensuring seamless follow-the-sun handover between regional teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
