Essential Skills / Experience

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to office occupiers, ensuring business requirements are understood and successfully delivered.
• Proven project management experience, coordinating multiple concurrent projects, people and activities across a complex property or workplace environment while delivering to agreed timescales and objectives.
• Experience leading workplace change, office moves, fit-out, redesign or estate transformation projects, including requirements gathering, feasibility assessments and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate across multiple teams and deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills / Experience

• Knowledge of workplace strategy, office estate management or property lifecycle planning across a multi-site portfolio.
• Experience using data, insights and technology to support decision making, space planning and workplace strategy development.
• Understanding of workplace design principles, colleague experience and emerging workplace trends.
• Experience working within commercial property, facilities management, retail, construction, fit-out or other occupied-space environments.
• Knowledge of workplace change management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Understanding of UK property markets, property transactions or property law.
• APM, RICS or other relevant property, workplace or project management qualification.
• Degree qualified in a property-related, construction, project management or similar discipline.
• Willingness to travel across the North East of England and Scotland to support stakeholders, projects and office locations.
