We are looking for a trusted and dependable team player, who can develop this role to provide support to all levels within the region, from Regional Manager to Pest Technicians.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, key tasks will include but not limited to:
- Working closely with the Regional Managers/District Managers to support our field based staff and both our internal and external customers
- Attend high profile customer meetings
- Manage new customer Rollouts within the region
- First point of contact for all queries, then agree communication and escalation as required
- Manage App compliance and access to portals for the region
- Manage work availability/cover
- Manage Job racks
- Manage Follow ups and trackers
- Minute meetings/HR
- Cover for District Managers
- Assist District Managers on safety compliance
