Job Title: Regional Operations Manager
Salary: £42k - £48k (DOE) + Car Allowance + Bonus
Location: Hybrid Field (London/Essex Area) with nationwide travel

We are an exciting start-up and the UK’s fastest-growing franchisor of Halal virtual brands. We partner with Halal food operators to use their kitchen capacity to increase their sales and profitability by selling our brands on delivery platforms within their area.
About the Role
To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting into our Operations Director, you will be responsible for the ongoing performance management and training of our franchise partners to drive commercial success. You will support them to ensure they deliver our brands to the high standards that our customers deserve and identify opportunities for business growth.
This role is field-based in the London/Essex area and will require travel to partner locations nationally.
You will also be responsible for supporting the initial training of our franchise partners as part of our comprehensive onboarding process.

This role offers lots of opportunities for development and progression within a fast-moving business. You will also be key to developing and executing our strong pipeline of future brands.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with our franchise partners to maximize the success and growth of their Dish'd business.
- Become an expert on our brands and menus; full training will be provided.
- Meet with our franchise partners to quickly build a rapport and constructive working relationship with them.
- Perform regular audits and statutory checks; where KPIs aren't being met, you will work closely with partners to agree on a remedial action plan.
- Monitor KPIs and review these with partners to drive continuous improvement and business growth.
- Work with franchise partners to identify opportunities to grow their business.
- Train their kitchen teams on how to deliver our brands and menus to the highest standards and in accordance with our brand specifications.
- Work collaboratively and flexibly to integrate our menus into their existing operation to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Continually develop and improve our partner training framework.
- Work closely with our Commercial team to ensure that franchise partners experience a smooth onboarding process.
- Support with the commercial and operational aspects of the Dish'd business including managing enquiries from franchisors and suppliers.

What We Are Looking For
- Field-based
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hardworking and target-driven.
- Flexible with strong interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to quickly adapt to a new kitchen environment and connect with the team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong in communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English. Conversational fluency in Sylheti or Punjabi would be desirable.
- Experienced in working within the hospitality or restaurant industry (2+ years).
- Experienced in account management and/or business development.
- Experienced in training and/or supervising people.
- Knowledgeable of Food Safety to level 3.
- Computer literate.
- Eligible to work within the UK.
- An owner driver with a fully driving licence.
