Regional Operations Manager - South West!

Salary £45000-£50500 + Car Allowance, Bonus and Benefits

Field-Based | Hybrid Working | Covering Pen Y Bont, Plymouth and Avonmouth

At Evri, we're transforming the way parcels move through our network and creating innovative solutions that make life easier for our customers and partners. As we continue to grow our Out of Home (OOH) network, we're looking for a highly motivated Regional Operations Manager to lead operational performance, supplier engagement, and network optimisation across a designated region.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong supplier partnerships, driving operational excellence, and delivering continuous improvement across a fast-paced logistics environment.

About the Role

As Regional Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the operational performance of Evri's Out of Home network across your region. You'll be responsible for ensuring suppliers consistently deliver against service, quality, and cost objectives while maintaining operational compliance and supporting future network growth.

Working closely with Area Partnership Teams, Final Mile Operations, and key stakeholders, you will provide regional leadership, supplier governance, and operational oversight to ensure a resilient, efficient, and customer-focused network.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of Out of Home locations across your region, ensuring service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Managing supplier performance against contractual, operational, and service level agreements.
  • Building strong relationships with Area Partnership Teams to maintain a resilient supplier network capable of supporting operational demand.
  • Identifying and resolving operational risks and service delivery challenges to ensure continuity of service.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new route and sortation suppliers to support current and future growth plans.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to achieve optimal cost-per-unit performance in line with regional budgets.
  • Supporting commercial growth strategies through effective network planning and capacity management.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise high-volume routes and locations using the most cost-effective delivery and collection solutions.
  • Ensuring inbound sortation activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed service level requirements.
  • Driving operational improvements through data-led decision making and performance analysis.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing operational performance within logistics, distribution, transport, parcel delivery, or a related field environment.
  • Strong supplier, contractor, or partner management experience.
  • Commercially minded with experience negotiating costs and driving efficiency improvements.
  • Experience leading operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making capability with strong analytical skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across a regional network.
