Regional Operations Manager
At OneSchool Global UK, our campuses rely on strong, effective operational support to ensure students and staff have the environment they need to thrive. We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead and continuously improve a diverse portfolio of operational services across our UK network of 23 campuses and Regional Support Office.
This is a broad and varied leadership role that combines operational management, governance, compliance, systems oversight and service improvement. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring our regional operations remain efficient, compliant, resilient and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things work better. You will lead operational initiatives, embed consistent processes, drive service improvements and provide expert operational support across our geographically dispersed organisation.
Your remit will span a wide range of services including:
- Operational strategy delivery and change implementation
- Business administration, systems and workflow management
- Business continuity and operational resilience
- Insurance administration and claims management
- Policy, process and governance frameworks
- Financial management and budget oversight
- Service performance monitoring and risk management
- Team leadership and stakeholder engagement across the organisation
Working closely with campus leaders and senior stakeholders, you will use data, insight and sound judgement to identify opportunities for improvement, manage risks and ensure consistent operational standards are maintained across the region.

About You
You will be an experienced operational leader with a track record of managing complex services across multiple locations.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has significant experience leading operational functions within a complex or regulated environment
- Can confidently influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Is equally comfortable developing strategy and delivering practical solutions
- Has strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and problem-solving skills
- Thrives on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Can successfully lead change and embed new ways of working
- Enjoys balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Experience within education would be advantageous, although we also welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience gained in other regulated sectors.
