Regional Operations Manager
London | £60,000–£65,000 + Benefits
If you’re an operations leader who loves building things from the ground up, launching new sites and turning fast-moving environments into slick, scalable operations, this is one worth looking at.
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing logistics business as they build out a new delivery network across London.
This is not a “keep things ticking over” operations role.
You’ll be right at the heart of the growth — launching 15–20 micro-warehouse locations, onboarding operational partners, supporting new customer launches and shaping the processes that will ultimately determine how the network operates at scale.
You’ll have real ownership, plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one.
The Opportunity
As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful rollout and ongoing performance of multiple locations across London.
You’ll work across site launches, partner management, customer onboarding and operational performance, making sure every new location is ready to launch and capable of delivering consistently high service standards.
Your role will include:
- Leading the launch of 15–20 new micro-warehouse locations across London
- Taking sites from preparation through to go-live and stabilisation
- Coordinating facilities, equipment, people, partners and operational processes
- Managing several launches and operational projects simultaneously
- Being hands-on during critical launch and go-live periods
- Selecting, onboarding and developing third-party operational partners
- Setting clear expectations around service standards, processes and KPIs
- Monitoring performance and holding partners accountable for results
- Supporting the operational onboarding of new customers
- Acting as a key operational contact during customer launches
- Identifying issues, risks and bottlenecks before they impact service
- Building processes that are practical today but scalable for future growth
- Working closely with senior leaders, customers, suppliers and operational partners
- Spending regular time across London supporting sites and live operations

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who likes ownership.
You’re comfortable walking into an evolving environment, identifying what needs to happen and making it happen — rather than waiting for a fully developed playbook.
You’ll ideally come from a background such as:
- Logistics
- Final Mile
- Rapid Delivery
- Fulfilment
- Warehousing
- Distribution
- Transport
- Retail Operations
- Multi-Site Operations
- Supply Chain
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in an Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager or Multi-Site Manager position
- Strong multi-site operational leadership experience
- Experience launching new sites, services, contracts or customer operations
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, delivery partners or operational service providers
- Strong commercial awareness and operational judgement
- Confidence making decisions in fast-moving situations
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
- A hands-on leadership style
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove operational blockers quickly
- The resilience to operate effectively in a growing business where processes are still evolving
- Flexibility to travel regularly across London
