We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join the Restaurant Associates team, leading a diverse portfolio of premium catering operations across eight UK locations.

As Regional Operations Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the performance of eight locations. You'll provide strategic leadership, coaching and support while ensuring operational standards, financial performance and client satisfaction remain consistently high.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support the operational performance of eight sites across the region.
  • Manage, coach and develop direct-reports.
  • Deliver outstanding client relationships and service excellence across multiple contracts.
  • Drive financial performance, ensuring budgets, forecasting and cost controls are achieved.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety and food safety requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial success.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • A successful background in multi-site or multi-outlet operational leadership.
  • Experience managing operations with an annual turnover of £4 million or more.
  • A track record of leading multiple locations, regions or clusters.
  • Experience managing diverse client portfolios and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.
