A leading, cleaning-led facilities services provider is looking for a commercially astute Regional Operations Manager to take ownership of a high-profile retail portfolio spanning the South East, South West, London, the Midlands and the East of England. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role with genuine autonomy.

The Opportunity

  • Full ownership of a circa £4.5m P&L across a portfolio of retail shops and retail/business parks, Birmingham down to Bristol
  • Lead a team of 3 Area Managers, plus a wider matrix structure managing multi-site and subcontracted resource
  • A portfolio of genuinely prestigious accounts; including a major high-street retail name, a large international fashion brand (30–40 stores, recently re-secured), automotive showroom sites and shopping centre locations
  • Senior stakeholder exposure; you'll be the face of the business with client leadership teams and managing agents, run through a structured cadence of site visits and Quarterly Business Reviews rather than daily site attendance
  • A cleaning-led role with security as a complementary, secondary discipline on some contracts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
