Field-Based | Hybrid Working | Covering Hemel Hempstead, Enfield, and Brooklands

At Evri, we're transforming the way parcels move through our network and creating innovative solutions that make life easier for our customers and partners. As we continue to grow our Out of Home (OOH) network, we're looking for a highly motivated Regional Operations Manager to lead operational performance, supplier engagement, and network optimisation across a designated region.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong supplier partnerships, driving operational excellence, and delivering continuous improvement across a fast-paced logistics environment.

About the Role

As Regional Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the operational performance of Evri's Out of Home network across your region. You'll be responsible for ensuring suppliers consistently deliver against service, quality, and cost objectives while maintaining operational compliance and supporting future network growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
