As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a region of around 12 restaurants, inspire outstanding Restaurant Managers and shape the future of your area. This is more than an operational leadership role. It's an opportunity to build talent, grow sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences and create a culture where people take ownership and perform at their best.

What You’ll Do
This is a leadership role with real influence.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll lead a region of up to 15 restaurants through your Restaurant Managers, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and high performance. You'll support your teams to run their businesses like they own them, whilst ensuring every restaurant delivers great guest experiences, operational excellence and strong commercial results.

You'll:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Restaurant Managers across up to 15 restaurants.
- Create a culture where managers take ownership, make great decisions and run their restaurants like they're their own business
- Drive sustainable sales growth, profitability and market share through a strong commercial mindset
- Be relentlessly focused on the guest experience, ensuring every restaurant delivers great food, fast service and a reason for guests to come back
- Use insight, data and local market knowledge to identify opportunities and unlock performance across your region
- Develop talent at every level, building a pipeline of future Restaurant Managers, Area Coaches and operations leaders
- Create operational superstars by coaching, challenging and stretching your teams to achieve their full potential
- Hold managers accountable for delivering results while providing the support and direction they need to succeed
- Lead regional performance reviews, turning insight into action and ensuring plans deliver measurable results
- Champion operational excellence, ensuring standards, compliance and food safety are consistently delivered
- Support new restaurant openings, remodels and strategic growth initiatives
- Partner closely with Whopper Support and cross-functional teams to deliver regional and business priorities
- Be a visible, hands-on leader who sets the tone, builds engagement and creates a culture where people can be themselves and perform at their best

- Have experience leading multiple restaurants, stores or sites within a fast-paced hospitality, retail or leisure environment
- Know how to lead through others, creating capable, confident managers who take ownership and deliver results

- Use data and insight to make decisions, identify opportunities and solve problems before they become issues
