Regional Operations Manager – London

Salary: £60,000–£75,000 + Car allowance/Company car + Company Bonus

SP Executive Search are looking for an experienced senior multi-site operator to lead a significant London region for a growing hospitality business.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Area Managers, build strong site leadership teams and drive performance across people, customer, operational and commercial measures.

This role will suit someone who can see the bigger picture while still understanding what is happening at site level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching and developing experienced multi-site leaders
  • Driving sales, profitability and operational performance
  • Using data and commercial insight to identify opportunities and address underperformance
  • Building talent, capability and succession across the region
  • Raising operational standards while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience
  • Creating accountability and consistency across a complex multi-site operation
  • Working closely with central support functions to deliver wider business priorities

We’re Looking For:

  • Significant multi-site leadership experience within QSR, hospitality or another fast-paced customer-led environment
  • Experience leading Area Managers or equivalent multi-site leaders
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L, labour and cost management
  • A proven track record of improving operational standards and commercial performance
  • Strong coaching, communication and influencing skills
  • The ability to lead through others and operate effectively across a large region
