About the Role
Supports, develops and executes the Company’s strategies related to property management operations by directing team members on the assigned portfolio of properties, and by implementing and continually improving the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance and people objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promotes investor satisfaction and retention through timely reporting and on-going communication about the performance of the properties, and responds quickly and with urgency to investment team/client/owner concerns, questions, issues, and requests.
- Reviews, analyses, and interprets market data to identify emerging trends that may impact the performance of the portfolio, and works with the community managers and others to develop and implement market plans that drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Ensures that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet the Company's and owner's established standards through routine quality and safety inspections, and communicates concerns and requests for capital as needed to provide for the physical upkeep of each property in the portfolio.
- Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organisational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
- Practices proper safety behaviours in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).
- Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes, research and/or subscribing to the internet or other professional publications, or utilising other appropriate method(s) to obtain business and professional information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.

About You
You’re an experienced multi-site operations leader with a strong track record in property management or a similar service-led environment, where people, occupancy and revenue drive performance. Commercially astute and financially confident, you bring the business acumen to turn strategy into measurable results.
A natural leader, you inspire high-performing teams and build a strong customer-first culture. Resilient, confident and influential, you’re comfortable working across complex stakeholder groups and leading through change. Technically confident with property management systems and Microsoft Office, you also bring a solid understanding of UK Health & Safety requirements and the operational discipline to deliver consistently high standards.
