Operations Manager
Insurance Restoration & Reinstatement | South London
Are you an experienced Operations Manager ready to take ownership of a high-performing regional operation?
We are working exclusively with a major international organisation operating across 30 countries, with more than 12,500 employees worldwide, specialising in insurance restoration and reinstatement following property damage and major loss.
They are now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead their South London operation.
The Opportunity
This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role where you will have responsibility for:
- Leading and developing operational and field-based teams
- Managing WIP, budgets, profitability and performance
- Delivering complex restoration and reinstatement projects on time and commercially
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Driving operational standards, compliance and customer satisfaction
- Identifying new business and supporting commercial growth
- Developing your teams and creating clear career progression

We’re looking for an experienced operational leader from insurance restoration, reinstatement, construction, property damage, FM, engineering, trades or a related environment.
You’ll need strong commercial awareness, excellent people leadership skills and the confidence to manage customers, projects and operational challenges in a fast-moving environment.
