The Role
As part of our Operations team, the Regional Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end customer journey, compliance, maintenance SLAs, revenue opportunities, and client relations across managed car parks within the North region. Reporting within the operations function, this pivotal field-based leadership role serves as the primary contact for key client stakeholders and works closely with the account management team to optimize site performance and drive profitability. You will have a direct impact on transforming the local parking experience, ensuring seamless site onboarding, high-standard technology deployment, and strong client retention.

How to make an impact
- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey across all managed car parks in the region.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing high-quality operational support.
- Conduct regular site visits for proactive engagement, routine oversight, and reactive client needs.
- Monitor site profitability by actively tracking costs, occupancy rates, and revenue streams while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the account management team to optimize overall car park performance.
- Ensure full system compliance at all sites, including managing kiosks and tablets, and rapidly resolving technology issues within agreed SLAs.
- Conduct initial site surveys, support the onboarding of new car parks, and attend system installations to guarantee high-standard delivery.

Your background
- Proven multi-site operational experience with direct client-facing and relationship management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated track record of tracking operational metrics, costs, and revenues to drive profitability and sales opportunities.
- Experience overseeing system compliance, on-site technology installations, and resolving operational/technical issues against strict SLAs.
- Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage time effectively across field visits and occasional weekend requirements.
- Possess a full UK driving license and the ability to travel across the North region, with monthly visits to the London office.
This role is based in North region (Field-based), with a requirement to attend one office-based meeting a month in London.
