Salary: ÂŁ50,000 - ÂŁ55,000 per annum + bonus (DOE)

At Powerleague, we’re passionate about bringing people together through the love of sport. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an accomplished, results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead our clubs across Scotland.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced multi-site leader who combines strong commercial judgement with visible, people-centred leadership. You’ll set the pace for your region, equip Club Managers to succeed and turn insight into action, creating stronger teams, better-performing clubs and memorable customer experiences.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of commercial performance, operational standards, customer experience and people development across your region. You will:
- Maximise Profitability: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while managing operating costs and unlocking the commercial potential of each club.
- Deliver Excellence: Create a service-first culture and ensure consistently high operating standards and outstanding customer journeys.
- Inspire High Performance: Lead, coach and develop Club Managers, creating clarity, accountability and momentum across the region.
- Grow the Region: Use data, local insight and market awareness to identify and deliver practical growth opportunities.
- Champion Our Values: Bring our values to life through the decisions you make, the standards you set and the way you support your teams.

âš˝ Key Responsibilities
Sales & Profitability
- Own and drive financial performance across the region, using data and analysis to make sound commercial decisions.
- Identify opportunities to increase profitability, maintain budget discipline and improve club performance.
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs while managing operational expenditure effectively.
Customer Experience
- Monitor and strengthen customer satisfaction, ensuring feedback is acted upon to improve service delivery.
- Build a service-led culture where teams consistently deliver an exceptional customer journey.
Operations Management
- Conduct purposeful bi-monthly club visits with clear objectives, agreed actions and effective follow-up.
- Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Leadership & Development
- Provide visible leadership, clear feedback, support and coaching to maximise Club Manager performance.
- Take an active role in recruitment, training, talent development and succession planning across the region.

Business Development
- Stay informed about local markets and competitors, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Recommend and implement practical strategies that strengthen operations and capture commercial opportunities.
🏆 What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in a multi-site operations management role, ideally within leisure, sport or hospitality.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and financial analysis.
- The ability to use data and insight to make informed decisions and improve performance.
- A track record of motivating, coaching and developing teams to deliver high performance.
- A passion for outstanding customer experiences and service-led cultures.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
