Regional Ownership Services Manager
Contract Opportunity | Goodwood & Chichester | Prestigious Luxury Automotive Brand
Our client, a globally recognised luxury automotive brand, is seeking a Regional Ownership Services Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This exciting opportunity is based across Goodwood and the Technology & Logistics Centre in Chichester and offers the chance to work with a highly respected dealer network across the UK and Europe.
This is a highly visible position responsible for providing expert consultancy and strategic support to dealer partners, helping them maximise Ownership Services business performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving dealer partner success across the UK while supporting a number of authorised workshops throughout Europe.
With a strong focus on quality, customer service excellence, and customer retention, you will utilise your commercial and aftersales expertise to influence key performance indicators including parts and accessories sales, retention programmes, marketing initiatives, and warranty cost performance. Working closely with the Regional Head of Ownership Services, regional colleagues, and dealer network partners, you'll be responsible for communicating performance insights, identifying opportunities, and delivering clear, actionable guidance at all levels.

What You'll Do
- Support and develop dealer aftersales performance, including parts and accessories revenue growth and warranty cost control.
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction targets, monitoring dealer customer journeys and responding to Ownership Experience Alerts.
- Provide data-driven business insights and recommendations to dealer partners.
- Prepare and agree annual dealer business plans and conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews with documented action plans.
- Identify training opportunities and support implementation for both front and back-of-house Ownership Services teams.
- Support the onboarding of new dealer partners and authorised workshops while ensuring compliance with Ownership Services Retail Standards.
- Liaise with Customer Relations teams on escalated cases and work closely with Sales Channel Development and technical teams on implementation activities and complex business challenges.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across internal teams and dealer partners to support long-term business success.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 3 to 5 years' experience in Service & Parts business management.
- Automotive dealer experience would be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience working with dealer networks and driving commercial performance through consultancy, coaching, or business development activities.

Education
- Business Management degree or equivalent commercial experience.
Skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse, interpret, and act upon KPI data.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple regions, cultures, and business environments.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of vehicle systems.
- Experience with warranty processes and parts operations would be advantageous.
