Location: Regional Field-Based Role - Depending on location - covering Scotland, Northwest, Midlands, Southeast

Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, and at Powerleague we're building a thriving community of players, coaches across our clubs in the UK.
We're looking for energetic and passionate Regional Padel Development Managers to lead the growth and development of our padel programme across our clubs. This is a unique opportunity to combine your love of coaching with leadership, business development, and community building, helping to create exceptional experiences for players of all ages and abilities.

What You'll Be Doing
As a regional padel specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering the Powerleague padel strategy across your region. You'll divide your time between coaching on court, supporting club operations, and developing the people and programmes that help our clubs thrive.
Coaching & Programme Development
- Deliver high-quality coaching sessions across clubs within your region.
- Lead the implementation of the Powerleague Coaching Programme to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and support freelance coaches.
- Mentor and develop coaches to help them reach their full potential.
- Support the launch of new coaching initiatives and programmes.

Club & Community Support
- Provide hands-on support during new club openings and padel launches.
- Assist with regional tournaments, activations, events, and member experiences.
- Work with Club Managers to drive participation, engagement, and court utilisation.
- Help clubs deliver outstanding league, social, and junior programmes.
Standards & Governance
- Support clubs in maintaining LTA registration and accreditation standards.
- Assist with the delivery of LTA competitions and events.
- Ensure coaching, welfare, and safeguarding standards remain consistently high across the region.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines coaching expertise with a passion for growing the game.
We have four regional roles on offer covering the UK from Scotland to Central London. Given our locations, opportunities ideally would suit those based in and around the Northwest, Midlands, and Southeast.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering successful coaching programmes.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple clubs.
- A customer-focused and commercially aware mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle, or the ability to travel effectively throughout the region.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Desirable
- LTA Level 2 Accredited Padel Coach (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience developing and mentoring coaches.
- Experience organising leagues, tournaments, events, or social programmes.
