ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Regional Paid Social Director to join our OpenDoor team. This is a full-time position located in London, responsible for leading all RMI (Reputation, Marketing and Insights) Paid Social activity across EMEA. The role plays a pivotal part in delivering consistent, high-quality Paid Social execution, operational governance, and strategic partnership with Amazon.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
- Lead the Paid Social strategy across all EMEA RMI markets, ensuring activity aligns with broader communications, digital and business objectives while continually evolving the Paid Social capability.
- Lead campaign analysis, translating performance into commercially meaningful insights and strategic recommendations presented through weekly reviews, QBRs and annual business reviews.
- Responsible for all RMI Paid Social activities end to end across the business, across all markets and within the Offshore hub Poland.
- Ultimate person in charge to see through all from planning to activation via Wrike for all markets within paid social, ensuring tools like Co-pilot, Optimisation tools and the correct social platforms are used for the correct RTB.
- Trainer of onshore and offshore programmatic teams ensuring everyone is working in the Amazon way of delivering paid social.
- Lead paid social analysis, optimization recommendations and test and learn approaches – both designed and deploying with the team.
- Work closely with the implementational planning team and the comms design team to create media plans which drive success for RMI.
- Build effective media plans to organize campaign actions and goals.
- Oversee and ensure best-in-class campaign activation, ensuring campaigns are operating at the highest standard and delivering highest quality output for our clients.
- Take a proactive role, supervising campaign activation and optimisation rigor, while also supporting offshore hub, executives, and managers, across Amazon.
- Create templates and proven methodologies for optimisation approach for key buying tactics and optimisation logs.
- Lead the Paid Social strategy across all EMEA RMI markets, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and wider communications planning.
- Translate campaign performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, driving continuous optimisation and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop regional testing roadmaps covering audiences, creative, bidding, measurement and platform innovation.

Client & Partner Management
- Managing stakeholders across the RMI business unit.
- Foster strong cross-team relationships while empowering junior managers to take ownership of conversations, establish trust, and reinforce the quality of our programmatic practice.
- Trusted advisor on media and technology developments that influence our client’s business, making recommendations to improve the client’s business through tech developments.
- Integrate our paid social outcomes within the broader media mix modeling work to drive revenue growth through spotting new optimisation opportunities, services or products and delivering excellent results.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and key media partners to unlock innovation and beta opportunities.
- Understand the products and solutions that could be relevant for clients that have been developed within the group.
- Champion innovation by identifying new platform capabilities, creative opportunities and automation solutions.
People Management
- Ability to motivate and train individuals, being a key stakeholder in the development of junior staff.
- Support and nurture junior & global hub employees, ensuring their training and development needs are constantly evaluated and fulfilled.
- Highlight great teamwork, and client initiatives. Demonstrate examples of Programmatic best practice to the wider team and contribute to department and wider agency PR and communications.
- Lead, coach and develop the Paid Social Account Manager, fostering a high performing and collaborative culture.
- Develop playbooks, training programs and operational guidance to ensure consistent delivery.
- Own end to end delivery of Paid Social campaigns from planning through activation, optimisation and reporting across all markets.
Operational Excellence
- Own regional Paid Social governance, operational processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with planning, analytics, creative and measurement teams to deliver integrated Paid Social solutions.
- Ensure best in class campaign execution through robust governance, quality assurance, audience integrity and naming conventions.
- Ensure financial accuracy, process compliance and adherence to agreed operational standards throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Continuously improve workflows, automation and quality control to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Contribute to thought leadership through POVs, best practice documentation and cross market knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, introduce new capabilities and create incremental value for Amazon.
- Continuously evolve Paid Social operational processes, governance and automation to improve efficiency, consistency and campaign quality across markets.

Skills and Experience
- Passionate about Paid Social activation and driving continued excellence.
- Proven experience in Paid Social multi-channel campaign activation and management.
- Confidence across major Paid Social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social platforms.
