Regional Partners, Techvantage.ai
Bring our productized services to your market. Run your own entity. Earn a retainer plus a share of what you close. Location is wherever your network is.
The opportunity
A new category of technology company is taking shape. Not consultancies that bill by the hour, and not software vendors that ship a license and walk away, but companies that deploy their own product into an institution's hardest problem and stay until it works in production. Software does the heavy lifting. People carry it the last mile. The customer buys an outcome, not a tool and not a timesheet.
That is what Techvantage.ai builds. Our productized services are powered by our own platforms: Zentis AI, our agentic system for the regulated enterprise, and our voice agents that hold real conversations at scale. We do not sell seats. We go into a bank, an insurer, or an NBFC, take on a problem that most technology never survives, the ones wrapped in compliance, risk, and real money, and we put working agents into production against it. Measurable ROI. Customers who become references.
We are now opening our focus markets, and we are doing it through people, not offices. We are looking for a small number of senior, well-connected operators who already know their market cold and want to bring this to it. You run your own entity. You open the doors your network gives you. You work the deals with us to close. You earn a retainer plus a real share of the proceeds on everything you bring in.
This is not a salaried seat, and it is not for someone looking for one. It is for someone who wants to build a business in their market on top of a product that already works, in a category that is only now being defined.
What you would own in your market
- The relationships. You bring a network you can call today across BFSI and beyond: CXOs, business owners, division heads, and the procurement and risk people who actually sign.
- The front of the deal. You find who has the hard problem worth solving, get us in the room, and carry the customer relationship through to close, with our solutioning and founder teams behind you.
- The account after the win. You sustain the relationship, manage the account, and grow it. In this category, the first deployment is the door. The land-and-expand is where the value is.
- The local read. You bring the cultural, commercial, and regulatory nuance of selling in your market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you bring
- A real rolodex in your market. Not a plan to build one, a network you already have and have sold into.
- A track record of selling enterprise technology, software, or transformation services, ideally into BFSI or other regulated industries.
- The credibility to sell an outcome, not a feature list. You can sit with a CXO and talk about the problem before you ever talk about the product.
- Fluency with how buyers in your market actually decide and buy, from the first conversation through procurement and security review.
- Your own legal entity, or the ability to operate through one, so you can invoice us and run this as your business.
- The drive to hunt and close personally. This rewards people who move, not people who wait for leads.
How the partnership works
- You engage as an independent partner through your own entity. You invoice us. You are not our employee, and you keep the independence to run your own book.
- We pay you a retainer plus a share of the proceeds on what you sell. The more you close, the more you earn. The upside is uncapped and it is real.
- We equip you to win: training on our platforms and productized services, sales and marketing material, demos, and direct access to our solutioning team and founders on live deals.
- We handle the build and the deployment. Our teams put the product into production. You focus on selling and growing the relationship.
- No office required. You work from wherever your market and your network are.

Who this is for
We are flexible on the shape of the person, because we care about the outcome. A senior operator in the middle of their career who wants to own a market. An independent consultant or boutique advisory with the right relationships and their own entity. A respected leader who has stepped back from a large firm and still has the network and the fire to build something. The common thread is a real network, real market knowledge, and the appetite to sell hard things to serious institutions.
It is a harder fit if you want a guaranteed salary with none of the risk, or you are looking to add a logo to your profile without doing the work. Neither is wrong. It is just not what this is. This rewards the people who bring in business, in proportion to what they bring.
Why partner with us
We are building one of the companies that will define this category in the regulated enterprise, incubated by Techvantage.ai, with agents already live in production where most AI never clears compliance. A real product, real ROI, and customers who vouch for us. Founder proximity, a genuine share in what you build, and the freedom to run your market as your own. We move fast, we back the people who deliver, and we would rather build this with a few excellent partners than a crowd of average ones.
Talk to us
Email jobs@techvantage.ai with a short note on your market, the network you would bring, and one deal you personally opened and closed that we should know about. Tell us which market you own. If you already run your own entity, say so.
