Our Regional Partnership Managers are responsible for managing and developing relationships with our estate agency partners, face to face. You will drive performance and growth by ensuring excellent service delivery, identifying opportunities for new business, and relaunching or reinvigorating existing partnerships.

The South region candidates must be based within a commutable distance to London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conveyancing Experience: Must have conveyancing experience.
  • Estate Agency Experience: Significant Estate Agency experience followed by selling B2B to Estate Agents.
  • Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring strong, lasting relationships are maintained.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation and referral growth from partner agents through regular engagement, relationship-building, and performance reviews.
  • New Business Onboarding: Proactively identify and onboard new estate agency partners aligned with Simply’s values and growth strategy.
  • Prospective Engagement: Conduct new business meetings and presentations to prospective agents, promoting Simply’s proposition, technology, and products.
  • Account Revitalization: Relaunch and revitalize underperforming or inactive accounts, creating action plans to rebuild momentum and engagement. Ensuring all trending down, under-performing, and inactive branches are flagged to line manager and director.
  • Escalation Handling: Handle escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved professionally and partners remain confident in Simply’s service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance and provide feedback, training, and support where needed to enhance results.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner contact, performance metrics, and feedback. Health checking accounts, escalating any concerns, and then put in place an action plan.
  • Representation: Represent Simply at partner events, conferences, and regional meetings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to deliver campaigns, communications, and initiatives that strengthen partner relationships.
  • Cross-Departmental Work: Work closely cross-departmentally with both the legal and contact center teams to gain full understanding of agent and client feedback to provide the best support and service to our accounts.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of partner activity and performance.
  • Appointments: Minimum of 12 face-to-face agent appointments per week.
  • Call Listening: Ensure call listening is carried out across all their agents' referrals to ensure they are sending quality leads, and we are converting the best we can, and feedback is provided to Head of Sales Operations.
  • Head Office Attendance: Must attend Head Office for end-of-month – every month.
