KT Healthcare is looking for a highly organised and commercially focused Regional Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team in Chichester.

This role will focus on developing Local Authority partnerships, coordinating tenders and framework submissions, and supporting wider business development activity.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and monitoring relevant Local Authority and public sector opportunities
  • Coordinating tender and framework submissions, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
  • Preparing and coordinating high-quality tender responses
  • Gathering information from clinical, operational, and commercial teams
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of existing and new partnerships
  • Maintaining accurate records of opportunities, submissions, and frameworks
  • Supporting meetings, presentations, and wider partnership activity

About You

You will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach

Previous experience in a similar role within a private healthcare organisation would be highly advantageous, particularly experience with Local Authorities, commissioning, tenders, or framework submissions.
