About You
The DACH Partnerships Manager is a strategic leader responsible for establishing and growing Constructor's partner ecosystem in UK and DACH regions. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing key relationships with SIs, agencies and ISVs/ Tech partners to drive revenue and expand market reach. A successful candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of the ecommerce implementation landscape and SI business models. This individual will be instrumental in enabling successful client deployments, fostering collaborative engagements, and contributing to the company's overall growth through SI partnerships.

About the Position
- Maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce tech and ISV landscape.
- Identify and execute go-to-market strategies with partners in the region.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to define and execute growth plans.
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships within the ecosystem.
- Identify, develop, and manage key executive relationships to drive successful client implementations.
- Own the onboarding, activation and development of partners.
- Contribute to the company's overall growth by achieving strategic partnership goals, including partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and successful client deployments.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Work effectively across internal teams and lead through influence.

Requirements
- Experience developing, launching, and scaling go-to-market motions with Systems Integrators and ISV partners in the UK and DACH regions
- Experience working with SIs specializing in ecommerce implementations.
- Good network and senior-level contacts within the ecommerce space.
- Prior experience managing executive relationships and driving activation and engagement.
