We are looking for a commercially driven Regional Parts Sales Manager to help grow our spare parts business across a regional dealer network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with dealers, identifying sales opportunities, using data to support decisions, and improving the customer experience through strong parts availability, proactive sales activity, and effective digital tools.

As part of the regional parts team, you will support all brands within the spare parts business and work across both field-based and office-based activities. You will collaborate with dealers, sales teams, pricing, product support, customer service, supply chain, business intelligence, and digital solutions teams to drive sustainable parts growth and deliver a strong dealer and customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and grow spare parts sales across existing and new dealer accounts.
  • Support dealers in identifying growth opportunities based on machine population, operating conditions, usage patterns, service needs, historical demand, and market potential.
  • Work with dealers to improve parts availability, inventory planning, quote follow-up, order conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the use of digital parts tools, including online parts platforms, dealer inventory planning systems, telematics portals, reporting dashboards, and eCommerce solutions.
  • Collect and share market intelligence, including competitor pricing, customer requirements, local market feedback, and buy-away opportunities.
  • Collaborate with pricing and commercial teams to support competitive, profitable, and market-relevant pricing decisions.
  • Analyse dealer performance, quote activity, conversion rates, sales trends, parts demand, and product category performance to identify priorities and action plans.
  • Help dealers adopt best practices in parts sales, inventory management, system usage, customer follow-up, and proactive opportunity management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve dealer parts topics, including catalogue, availability, delivery, pricing, order processing, technical support, and system-related issues.
  • Support new parts initiatives, campaigns, product introductions, dealer communications, and training activities to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Provide regular business updates, including dealer visit reports, risks, opportunities, progress against targets, and agreed next steps.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
