Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Payroll & Benefits Specialist (EMEA & APAC) to join our Global Payroll team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly motivated professional to become part of a growing international team whose responsibilities extend beyond traditional payroll administration.

The ideal candidate will have strong UK payroll and benefits experience, combined with the flexibility and commercial mindset required to operate in a fast-paced global environment. In addition to supporting UK payroll, you will manage payroll operations across several international locations, with a particular focus on Spain, Germany, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and Singapore.

Working closely with Finance, Human Resources, external payroll providers, and other stakeholders, you will help ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while contributing to process improvements and broader global payroll initiatives.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, builds strong relationships, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams and regions. In addition to strong technical skills, the successful candidate will contribute to a positive, collaborative, and social team culture. While the role can be performed remotely, London-based candidates who are interested in a hybrid working model are strongly preferred, as we value in-person collaboration and the role individuals play in fostering a vibrant team environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
