Our Opportunity
Role
In line with our values and ambitions to grow the business through our people a significant new role is being added to our Hotels' People Team. We are seeking an experienced Regional People Manager whose principle areas of responsibility will include:
- Supporting the recruitment, selection, onboarding and initial development of management appointments.
- Providing broader recruitment support across the hotel portfolio.
- Developing direct attraction strategies leveraging the new EVP, careers website and social media platforms.
- Supporting hotel managers across a range of People disciplines.
- Assisting with formal employee relations processes.
- Providing impartial note-taking support where required.
- Supporting People administration, systems and hotel training.
- Providing operational People cover when required.
- Helping to ensure a consistent People approach across the hotel portfolio.
- Providing additional resilience and senior-level cover for both the Head of Hotels - People Operations and the People Director.
