Regional People Partner - EMEA
About the Job
As a Regional People Partner for EMEA, you will drive strategic people initiatives and provide comprehensive HR advisory services across key European markets. In this full-time permanent role, you will partner closely with regional business leaders and managers to align people strategies with organizational goals while navigating complex, multi-country employment landscapes. By leveraging local expertise, data-driven insights, and a candidate-first mindset, you will champion a collaborative, inclusive culture and enhance the overall employee lifecycle across the region.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leaders and people managers to deliver strategic guidance on employee relations, organizational design, talent retention, and performance management across EMEA.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and regional labor standards, proactively updating policies and mitigating organizational risk in key European markets.
- Drive regional execution of cyclical people programs, including engagement surveys, talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance management processes.
- Collaborate with global People & Culture, HR Operations, and Payroll teams to deliver seamless, scalable HR services and cross-functional solutions.
- Analyze HR data and key workforce metrics to deliver actionable recommendations that improve team effectiveness, manager capability, and business outcomes.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, providing coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution to foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partnering experience within a multi-country or global matrix organization.
- Demonstrated professional experience navigating HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements in at least one of the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France or Italy.
- Professional fluency in English and native/business fluency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French or Italian.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end employee relations matters, organizational change, and performance management initiatives.
- Proficiency with modern enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and collaborative productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace) for reporting and workforce analytics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD qualification or equivalent regional HR accreditation).
- Experience supporting cross-functional business units across broader EMEA territories (e.g., UK, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland).
- Demonstrated capability in coaching people managers on leadership, team development, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Proven experience using data-driven approaches and HR analytics to solve strategic business challenges and optimize people processes.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, matrixed, and scaling business environment.
