Regional Performance Director – Huws Gray (South West) - Inspire Teams. Drive Growth. Build What Matters

The Regional Performance Director works as one connected, high-performing region. They lead with a focus on delivering great results, creating excellent customer experiences, and building strong partnerships across Core, Hire, Partnering, Showrooms, and External Sales. By bringing teams together, developing people, and maintaining brand standards, they make sure every branch is set up for success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver regional targets through strong performance and continuous improvement.
- Own costs and promote accountability across the region.
- Lead a safe, compliant environment for colleagues and customers.
- Partner with the Regional Leadership Team to deliver business plans.
- Build strong relationships and a positive, high-performing culture.
- Ensure company standards, policies, and processes are followed.
- Grow and strengthen customer relationships across the region.
- Use market and competitor insight to drive performance.
- Support growth opportunities across Partnering, Hire, and Showrooms.
- Resolve customer issues and improve future experiences.
- Drive performance, development, and accountability.
- Reduce agency reliance by growing employed driver numbers.
- Identify, develop, and retain future talent.
- Work collaboratively to deliver business initiatives.
- Champion colleague engagement and team success.

What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone with a strong track record of leading multiple sites in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll be commercially minded, confident managing budgets, costs and performance, and able to use data and insight to make great decisions. Just as importantly, you'll be passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and creating strong customer relationships. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing priorities, driving business initiatives, maintaining operational and safety standards, and spotting opportunities to strengthen regional performance and future talent.
