Regional Procurement Manager
At OneSchool Global UK, we're creating a more strategic, commercial and data-driven approach to procurement across our network of 23 campuses and Regional Support Office. We're looking for an experienced Regional Procurement Manager to lead that journey and establish a visible, value-focused procurement function that delivers meaningful impact across the organisation. This is a senior, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will shape procurement strategy while personally leading key sourcing activity, supplier negotiations, contract management and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded procurement professional who wants the scope to influence how procurement is delivered across a complex, multi-site organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, IT, Facilities and People functions to strengthen governance, improve supplier performance, drive value for money and ensure procurement decisions support long-term organisational objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering the regional procurement strategy and pipeline
- Leading tenders, sourcing exercises and supplier negotiations
- Building strong supplier and contract management frameworks
- Driving measurable commercial value and efficiencies
- Strengthening procurement governance, compliance and assurance
- Managing supplier and supply chain risk
- Providing expert procurement advice to senior stakeholders
- Developing procurement capability and best practice across the organisation
This role is about far more than transactional purchasing. We are looking for someone who can challenge constructively, influence decision-making and create a procurement function that delivers genuine commercial value and operational benefit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
