Procurement Hub Manager - Europe
As our new Procurement Hub Manager, you’ll play a key role in connecting Group Procurement strategy with effective delivery across our European sites, ensuring our procurement approach supports operational continuity, commercial performance, risk management and the needs of our local businesses.
Working closely with Group Procurement, European site leadership and local purchasing teams, you’ll help translate global category strategies, sourcing initiatives and governance standards into effective regional and local execution. You’ll provide procurement leadership across Europe, building capability, engagement and performance within site-based teams while ensuring local priorities remain aligned with our wider strategy.
This is an opportunity to shape and strengthen procurement across our European operations, balancing regional business needs with Group priorities and representing Procurement within regional leadership forums.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of Group Procurement strategy across Europe, aligning regional execution with local business needs.
- Identify and deliver savings, efficiency and value-creation opportunities across European sites, supporting Group targets.
- Lead, coach and develop site purchasing teams, building capability, performance and collaboration across the region.
- Drive procurement governance, compliance and risk management across European operations, ensuring consistent standards and controls.
- Partner with European and Group leadership, representing regional priorities and shaping procurement strategy and decision-making.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven procurement leadership experience, ideally across multiple sites, countries or a regional environment.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering savings, efficiencies and measurable value.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to work effectively with senior leaders, operational teams and Group functions.
- Experience translating strategy into practical action, embedding governance, compliance and new ways of working across operational teams.
- A collaborative, pragmatic and accountable leadership style, with the ability to balance Group priorities with local business needs in a matrix environment.
Desirable:
- Experience within a multi-site manufacturing, chemicals, materials or supply chain environment.
- CIPS or an equivalent procurement/supply chain qualification.
