Role Highlights
- Create Standout Product: Drive innovative, market-leading travel experiences that inspire clients and differentiate Audley, while ensuring depth, breadth, and relevance across your region
- Tailor for Global Markets: Shape product with a clear understanding of differing source markets, ensuring the right experiences land with the right audiences
- Build & Manage Key Partnerships: Develop strong supplier relationships, negotiate best-in-class terms, and lead performance reviews to maximise value and collaboration
- Drive Commercial Performance: Lead tenders, negotiate favourable contracts, and continuously benchmark to ensure competitive, effective product and fulfilment channels
- Champion Quality & Service: Act on feedback from clients, suppliers, and sales teams to continuously refine product, uphold SLAs, and resolve supplier challenges
- Ensure Responsible Delivery: Embed health & safety and responsible tourism standards across all product sourcing and development
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Inspire a high-performing team through coaching, clear objectives, and a collaborative, engaging culture
- Support the Wider Business: Provide expert insight, training, and content to empower Country Specialists and support marketing and operational excellence

It Would be Great If
- You’ll have experience within the travel industry, with strong product knowledge of the Africa and Indian Ocean region, ideally from a tour operator, supplier, or GHA
- You bring a track record of creating innovative, commercially focused travel products
- You’re confident working in a global, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- You’re a strong relationship builder with excellent communication and influencing skills
- You have experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- You’re commercially minded, with strong negotiation, analytical, and performance-focused skills
- You stay up to date with industry trends and bring genuine passion for your region
- You’re resilient, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment
- You’re comfortable using Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)

What's In It For You
- Location: This role is located in our Witney, Oxfordshire or Shepherd’s Bush, London office
- Salary: circa £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 2 main stages:
- Initial Review: One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to a call. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further and share details on the role.
- Final Interview: The last and final stage is an interview with two of our senior leaders from the hiring team.
- Outcome and Feedback: We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
