Sourceability® - Regional Product Marketing Manager (EMEA)
Sourceability® is a global digital distributor of electronic components transforming how modern businesses bring products to market. With innovation, quality, and logistics as the backbone of the company, Sourceability’s cutting-edge products and services expedite the procurement process across a wide range of industries, including communications/cellular, consumer electronics, and auto manufacturing.
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Product Marketing Manager to become a vital part of our vibrant Sales team, working remotely or hybrid across EMEA.
About the Role
As our Regional Product Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will play a crucial role in growing our franchised supplier business across the region. You will own a portfolio of supplier lines, become the go-to expert on them, and turn that expertise into revenue: training our sales teams, building campaigns with our supplier partners, and helping customers' engineers land the right parts in their designs. It is a role with real visibility, sitting between our suppliers, our sales organization, and our global engineering support team.
Our goal is to have a sophisticated team equipped with expert technical skills in addition to keen business acumen. Each member of our team adds unique value to the business and the customer. Sourceability is committed to a culture where we attract the best talent in the industry.
Insight on Your Impact
- Act as the EMEA product champion for an assigned portfolio of franchised suppliers, coordinating closely with supplier partners on strategy, joint campaigns, and opportunity development.
- Drive the promotion and market visibility of our franchised lines across EMEA, working with regional sales and business development teams to identify and develop customer opportunities.
- Build and execute a marketing plan for each assigned franchise with clear objectives, target accounts and segments, win strategies, timelines, and owners.
- Enable the sales organization through structured training on the franchised portfolio, covering supplier positioning, product families, competitive differentiation, and target applications.
- Support design-in and demand creation by providing technical product guidance and solution positioning aligned to customer requirements.
- Deliver cross-reference and alternative part recommendations in partnership with our global FAE organization in India, ensuring accurate and competitive solutions for customers.
- Create and maintain product collateral, presentations, competitive comparisons, and technical marketing content for customer and internal use.
- Track POS, design-win, and sales data for assigned lines to monitor performance and market share, and bring clear recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor technology trends, end-market developments, and competitor activity across key EMEA sectors (automotive, industrial, medical, IT and communications) and share insights with the business.
- Partner with Purchasing and Planning teams to align demand forecasts and inventory positions for franchised lines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
